My name is Eric Reingardt and I created The Homeless Economist online publication to talk trash. I have experience with chamber of commerce, economic development and land tax reform/affordable housing advocacy.

I am member of the Economics Club at IU Indianapolis, Johnson County Housing Coalition (JoCoHoCo) and am currently the Economics Editor for the Indiana Commons.

I am also the creator of a show on YouTube and TikTok called “Talking Trash with the Homeless Economist” where I dive deep both into dumpsters and economic issues.
